Our Programs
Welcome to Indian Springs District, the leading youth organization in Douglas, Carroll, and Haralson counties of The Atlanta Area Council of Georgia. We offer a range of programs that promote personal growth and leadership skills among young individuals. Our programs include camping, hiking, community service, and much more. We believe in providing a safe and fun environment for our members to learn and grow.
Camping
We offer a variety of camping programs for our members, including overnight camps and day camps. Our camps provide an opportunity for young individuals to experience the outdoors, learn survival skills, and develop a sense of community.
Hiking
We organize hiking trips for our members, ranging from short day hikes to multi-day backpacking trips. Our hiking programs are designed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and appreciation for nature.
Community Service
We believe in giving back to the community and encourage our members to participate in various community service projects. Through these projects, young individuals learn the importance of social responsibility and develop empathy towards others.
Leadership Development
We offer leadership development programs for our members, aimed at developing essential leadership skills such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. Our members learn to take responsibility, work in teams, and become effective leaders.
